I see the issue at hand but it would be completly unfair for other doctrines with mechanised infantry to just get them handed dismounted a tier earlier.

US Armored has become more like Panzergrenadiere so basing their infantry of them would make more sense for fairness sake to germans, aka you dont get T0 unmechanised Panzergrens you are stuck with a semi elite overly expensive Squad.
So essentially: US Armored Engineers combine Pioniere and Großdeutschland at T0, a deccent mix to hold out till Tier 1
At tier 1 your stock Armored Infantry comes on a truck without a 50cal, so like Panzergrens they have no fuel attached and once you unlock halftrucks and veterans only then fuel cost gets attached.

A new way that was reccently found is to set the Sound Quality to low in the Options Menu. It will make units sound less clear aswell as impact the overall effects but it will result in a more stable game!

Canadian arty has two free Howitzers and off-map 5.5 Inch which are more than effective on their own.

Static still gets Nebelwerfers and Karl Gerät without needing any onmap guns.

Russian Arty relies on its on-map capability and those are not only arty but also your AT Guns which are quite important and already limited to three normal and two emplacements…..

I really like the idea of a “Supervisor” style soldier as Lüng said, that aslong as this squad is within radius the troops work like they are now, but if said Squad is gone they will be locked out of their supression break.

I heavily disagree nerfing the Satchelcharge tho, turtling is bad enough and bunkers take alot of Tankhits, so the satchels should stay a good demo option that rewards clever use of infantry and smoke.

I have to agree with this it would help UK armored alot, Shermans have nearly an identical gun to the cromwell but come with more HP making them far more likely to survive engagements and win them, I´d say have their production locked behind the Take Back your Tanks. The Idea with the Free Tulips for these Shermans from the call in would make the call in more usefull and cost effective, a great change and a neat little buff for arguably a Armored Doctrine suffering compared to others of its type. And we shouldnt forget a price reduction for the Firefly.

Sidenote it would honestly turn the Cromwell into a great scouting tank which would be amazing and give it a great new use!

I´ll give up on responding, nothing seems to work. Just look at PVP Discussion in Discord

About the Churchills up armor…. The Russians recieved Mark 3s and 4s which have the correct armor value in the mod (Don´t trust Wikipedia).

HOWEVER these tanks were really liked by the Russians who crewed them. There might be no evidence (need to dig it up) but for the sake of balancing it would not be that bad to increase the armor via field modification afterall if you like something don´t you want to make it better?

I can agree with these suggestions.

It would make the “weak” (I dont think IWs KV1 is bad) into something that would supplement the forces even better while also eliminating a rush CP unlock for a cheap “Butt Saver”.

Limiting WP is always a nice addition ontop aswell!

Also I very much have to agree with what Lystavicious says.

Chief said it all. Adding to it with substance would just be beating a dead horse. So…

    +1

It would raise alot more issues in balancing if all tanks would be able to oneshot at a certain vet level. vet 2 Firefly could oneshot anything pretty much from a huge range.

The concistency is in the weight of the vehicles, to compensate this Panzer IVs are cheaper than Shermans, talked to Meatshield about this one and he explained it to me. The T-34-85 is also locked behind far more CP than the Panzer IVs. And if this would go through the unstopable force the Elefant is will oneshot any Sherman and T-34, hell even KV1. Same applies to the dreaded King Tiger.

Ok to start it of it´s nice to see new suggestions 😀

In short however alot of it will turn the game rather unbalanced and favours the Allies.

    1. At Rifles do not need a buff, they can crit the heaviest of tanks currently (King Tiger, Jagdtiger and the Elefant) Russians also get acess to AT Grenades which do significant damage. They have some of the best Anti tank grenades and rifles in the mod.
    2. ISU-152 instakills on penetration. Only Tanks with enough armor will survive a shot from it. (Jagdtiger, King Tiger, Elefant) but these tanks will be stunned and suffer from damage optics, buffing this tank is not needed.
    3. Cromwell has it´s place in Artillery and Tanks but Combined Arms could benefit from it. Lowland does not need it because it´s one of the best doctrines currently.
    4. The Panzerfaust idea is (sorry to be so rude) Madness not only is it the only good AT SS has until tier 3 it´s also a core feature for Tank Hunters as the name implies they are good at one thing and one thing only fighting Tanks. (Jägers need a rework for this to be absoluetly true) removing such a core feature of the OKW faction will weaken them significantly.
    5. The Mortar Halftrucks Incindiary is bad yes, but that needs work on soviets aswell, as their barrage from up to 5 guns can disable any tank and kill it´s supporting infantry. (Same goes for the Mortars)
