    Although even in February 1945 during the battles for Poznań- Tiger I, under the command of Fritz Sander, working with one Panther destroyed many IS-2 and T-34/85.

    @mongalong247

    And another thing, Tiger I was the king of the fighting field, but in 1943, later it was different …;)

    Also let the Russians praise the results of Kubinka tests (1940) purchased Pz III, in which they said that Pz III was better in every way than the T-34 at that time.

    • “Tigers were vulnerable to even Shermans armed with 75 mm guns” – not true”British “Firefly” Shermans equipped with 17 pounder guns could effectively combat any German armour, including Tiger II tanks.” -APDS may do so, but it was a very experimental ammunition and it was hard to hit the tank at a distance of 500 meters!
    • “Soviet guns do not lack mechanical accuracy, and are occasionally more accurate than their German counterparts”-Soviet sights until 1943 – were tragic, later they began to copy German, so …
    • “The Tiger II was penetrated many times by various weapons in trials. Even the meek 85 mm gun on the T-34-85 was capable of dealing a fatal blow to it at 300 meters. The Wikipedia article for the Tiger II has a very nice photo of a Tiger II with a 17 pounder hole in the front.
      Ironically, the only weapon in Soviet tests that was consistently incapable of penetrating the front of the Tiger II was the Panther’s gun, even with APCR.” – Sure 😉 Masters of propaganda.  Edit. Well, unless you’re in the side of the tower (T-34/85) Battle Staszów.
    • “Most people focus on the three SS divisions that were LAH, Reich, and Totenkopf, which were ..The remaining SS divisions were barely Volkssturm quality.”-Hello ?  5SS , 9SS , 10 SS, 12SS…

    @sean Unfortunately, Wikipedia wrongly accuses 15 SS of crimes in Podgaja. Juergen Fritz “Murder of Polish POW’s at Podgaje (Flederborn)” proves that the criminals of the Dutch SS men from the 48th SS Regiment also found that the prisoners were not burnt alive but shot.

    Besides, RKKA also murdered SS prisoners. 😉

    The 15th Waffen Grenadier Division in the SS (Latvian) does not have any serious crime (the crimes in the Podgaje are the responsibility of the Dutch) , as opposed to, for example, the Ukrainian 14 SS.

    Hi ! You can not use the MG 42 produced by the SS Pioneer in artillery infiltriation. Generally, a fantastic job.
