13th Guards Rifles Division “Poltavaskaya”

KV chassis unlock -> TD Artillery Brigade ->Independent Tank Brigade -> Unlock IS-1

01 Ability
KV1 Unlock

Unlock KV chassis vehicles. Allow access to KV-1 and KV-8
02 Ability
Dispatch “Tank Destroyer Artillery Brigade”

Click and select location to deploy. Random call in of two veteran SU-85 or two M-10 tank destroyers (available to dispatch to the battlefield)
03 Ability
Dispatch Independent Tank Brigade

Click and select location to deploy. Random call in of two Sherman 76mm or Churchill Mark IV, Valantine and Bren Carrier (available to dispatch to the battlefield)
04 Ability
(UNLOCK) IS-1 Battle Tank

Unlock IS-1 vehicle. Allow access to IS-1 battle tank.
05 Ability
Dispatch 13th Guards “Poltavaskaya” Rifles

Click and select location to deploy. This ability will unlock 13th Guards “Poltavaskaya” Rifles and allows his deployment.
06 Ability
(UNLOCK) Guards Infantry

Allow access to “Guards Infantry Upgrade”. Riflemen can be rewarded with guards status once veterancy 2 achieved
07 Ability
(UNLOCK) Officer Training

Allow access to superior Officers. Get access to officers with a higher level of training.
08 Ability
Mobilise The Reserves

Current number of active Mobilisations shown on HQ. High Command dispatches emergency manpower. Immediately gain 500 manpower now, lose 200 manpower over 5 minutes.
09 Ability
(UNLOCK) Forward Air Observers

Allow access to Forward Air Observers. Officer squad who can order airstrikes and recon sweep.
10 Ability
(UNLOCK) Storm Group Sappers

Allow access to Storm Group Sappers. Shock Troops combine aggressive spirit with light body armor for close-range assaults. An arsenal of grenades combined with the PPSh-41 submachine guns are effective up close.
11 Ability
(UNLOCK) Lend Lease Small Arms

Allow access to American equipment. Guards Infantry can upgrade Thompson (SMG) and M1A1 Bazooka
12 Ability
Dispatch Razvedchiki Spotter

Click and select location to deploy. Dispatch two Razvedchiki Spotters in a Universal Carrier. Equipped with binoculars and radios for spotting purposes.
13 Ability
(UNLOCK) PM-38 120mm heavy mortar

Allow access to PM-38 heavy mortar. The 120mm PM-38 mortar fires a 16kg high-explosive bomb at great range. The projectiles have a long travel time, but when they arrive, they do so impressively.
14 Ability
(UNLOCK) BM-13 Katyusha

Allow access to BM-13 Katyusha. The BM-13 Katyusha rocket truck carries 16 132mm rockets. Cheap but effective, ‘Stalin’s Organ’ and its fearsome-sounding projectiles have a detrimental effect on enemy morale.
15 Ability
(UNLOCK) Extra Storm Group Equipment

Allow access to extra abilities and equipment for Storm Group Sappers. Get access to panzerfaust 60, rgd 33 bundle grenade and demolition charges.
16 Ability
(UNLOCK) Anti Tank Air Support

Allow access to high-speed bombing run with anti-tank PTAB 1.5kg bombs into the target. Air Observers can now request for a combined strafing & PTAB bombs airstrike against units in the target location.

New doctrinal vehicles:

IS1: created on 1943 was very similar to IS2, but with a 85mm gun.

Universal Carrier: Lend Lease unit. This version was equipped with a HMG Dshk 1938

Dodge: Lend Lease unit. Like the previous one armed with HMG Dshk 1938

Lavochkin La-5: was a Soviet fighter aircraft. It was a development and refinement of the LaGG-3, replacing the earlier model’s inline engine with the much more powerful Shvetsov ASh-82 radial engine. It was one of the Soviet Air Forces most capable types of warplane, able to fight German designs on an equal footing.

Churchill MK IV: Lend Lease unit. Has less armor than MK VII and equiped with a 6 pounder gun.

Valentine MK IX: Lend & Lease unit. This version was equipped with a 6 pounder gun.

Other Lend Lease units: Sherman 75, Sherman 76, M3A1 Stuart and M10 tank Destroyer

• Added new icon for RPG-6 and RPG-6 assault by starbuck
• Added new decorator for Dshk 1938

4th Doctrine: 

• Moved KV-2

13th Guards Rifles Division

• Removed from game ISU-122
• Removed from faction T-34 76/85
• Replaced T-70 for M3A1 Stuart
• Replaced Scout Car for Universal Carrier with Dshk 1938
• Added Dodge Dshk 1938
• Added IS-1
• SU-85 is not buildable anymore and is moved to a dispatch ability
• Sherman M4C is now doctrinal unit and is moved out of the common elements.

British Commonwealth:

• AEC:

a. Added Vickers K top gunner

b. Smoke pods are now an upgrade and not coming by default

c. Added Tank Commander upgrade

• Added prioritize vehicle ability for all Stuarts

Commandos: 

• Reduce the unlock cost of N4 Commando by 1CP
• Increased the unlock cost of “bash on regardless” by 1 CP
• Fixed some bad texts on Hans Bolter Tiger

Wehrmacht:

Tank Hunter:

• Jager Infanterie: Increased the price from 300 to 325 and limited to x3
• Volksstrum Gruppe: Decrease the maintenance cost by 50% and moved to tier 0
• Panzer Grenadiers GD tweaks:

Scorched Earth:

• Added by default panzershreck to the SE Panzer Grenadiers Dispatch

American Forces:

Common:

• Added Dodge with .30cal mounted (new unit). This will be at tier 0
• Moved Dodge with .50cal mounted to tier 1.
• Added tank commander upgrade for all Stuarts in game.
• Added prioritize vehicle ability for all Stuarts

General:

• Increased the damage of grenades vs garrison troops inside trenches
• Increase the damage of grenades vs garrison troops inside buildings
• Added new tech tree graphics by Mongalong for: Luftwaffe, Wunderwaffe and Scorched Earth.
• Weapon calibrations vs infantry in garrison position. Now all AP/APCR rounds will not damage all the entities inside. Only HE rounds and super heavy guns will do it.
• Rapid maneuver: removed from all AT weapons. Remains only in the Raketenwerfer.
