      Ok guys here we go again. This patch will be focus mostly in balance and with some new additions.

      British Commonwealth:

      • Increased the range and vision of 17 pdr gun. From 70 –> 90 meters

      Wehrmacht:

      • Pre build base screenshot
      • Removed x4 men pios of the early game. These stay on HQ build menu just in case player lose the HQ buildings
      • Moved Volksgrenadiers to HQ building
      • Moved HMG42 to barracks
      • Replaced battlephases for x4 upgrade. Those upgrades unlock the contents of the HQ buildings.

      • Fix german 81mm off map barrage to follow the same mechanic than any other off map artillery
      • Added 81mm off map barrage to concrete bunker artillery in defensive doctrine, to give the structure something to use in early game.
      • Visual fix: removed MG from Sdkfz 250/8  credits to Ragnar
      • Increased the range and vision of Pak 43. From 80 –> 95 meters
      • Increased the range and vision of Pak 40 emplaced. From 70 –> 85
      • Munition & Fuel call in now cames in trucks.
      • Added tank commander to Sdkfz 234-2 Puma
      • Moved Jagdpanzer IV L/48 to tank hunter doctrine. Apply to this unit the cost reduction price of the doctrine.
      • Increased the penetration of Tiger APCR rounds vs Churchill +15%

      American Forces:

      • Added better txt description on Long Tom and Black Dragon off map artillery. Added number of shots.
      • Increased the 291 Combat Engineers call in price: 450–>500 MP
      • Change CP of Artillery Pak 43 unlock: 3–>2
      • Change CP of Artillery M-10 indirect fire unlock: 2–>3
      • Limit Scott x2 unit max.
      • Limit Airborne Paratroop Riflemen x3 squads.
      • Limit 82 Engineer Airborne x1
      • Removed healing aura for Airborne beacon.
      • Increased price of Old Croc from 500 to 520 MP.
      • Added new icon and portraits for 81mm mortar team (artillery doc) credits by cultis
      • Moved “Old Croc” to tech tree activation. Old Crock activation: x1 Intel Section –> x2 Old Crock. Also move 1 CP to the Sherman off map Call in.
      • Removed “Old Croc” 105 mm off map barrage
      • HMG .30cal is now a common unit. Price increased to match German HMG34. Weapon has less RPM but better fire angle to compensate. This will improves balance in early game.
      • HMG .50cal moved one tier up like HMG 42.
      • Reduced 291 Combat Engineers x1 squad
      • Reduced Black Dragon off map barrage 4 –> 3
      • Decreased the chance of penetration of Bazooka vs Brummbar frontal armor. 37% –> 23%
      • Artillery division off map pack howitzer:

      a. Reduced the number of shoots 14 –> 8

      b. Increased Scatter Radious 25 –> 35 meters

      • Fuel call in now cames in trucks.
      • Added multiple animations to AEF base when player tech up. Those are vanilla animations but modded in wikinger way:

      a. Weapon rack bazooka & LMG after platton command post activation

      b. BAR rack unlock after infantry tier 2 tech up

      c. Animations for Company weapons pool unlock

      d. Animations after armor command post unlock

      e. Animations after heavy ordnance depot unlock

      • Added Quad50 emplacement to Infantry Doc. Requires Wikinger OKW skin pack to be updated to version 1.7

      Soviet Army:

      • HMG 1910 Maxim moved to common unit.
      • HMG .50cal moved one tier up
      • Increased the range and vision of Zis 3 AT emplaced. From 70 –> 80 meters
      • Reduced the price of T-70 tank commander from 85 to 50 ammo.
      • Katyusha: increase reload time to 540 sec and increase barrage cost to 200 ammo.
      • Fixed B4 barrage ability.
      • Price reduction (ammo) for the follow barrages abilities:

      a. ML-20 152mm 115 –>90

      b. B-4 203mm 220 –> 150

      c. ISU-152mm 115 –> 90

      • Fixed Soviet Mortar barrage off map artillery (command bunker) to have the same mechanic than all off map artillery in game.
      • Fixed Soviet Sherman 76mm Tank commander animation. Now the tank commander close the hatch when he enter the tank during combat.
      • Munition & Fuel call in now comes in trucks.
      • Added new LMG42 decorator by Starbuck

      SS German Elite Forces

      • Price reduction (ammo) for the follow barrage ability : ML-20 152mm 115 –>90
      • Removed LMG 34 upgrade for SS Grenadiers (wunderwaffe) and add LMG 42 upgrade instead. Upgrade will be available after Battlegroup Headquarters or Mechanized Regiment Headquarters in the Battlefield.
      • Reduced the price of Luch tank commanders from 85 to 50 ammo.
      • Removed the shared timer between falls smoke and reinforce gren
      • Added 81mm off map barrage to Sdkfz 223 to give the unit something to use in the early game.
      • Added to the Iron Will concrete bunker medical station upgrade
      • Increased the free slots for Iron Will doctrine troop to allow them pick up airdroped weapons with his basic upgrades (one more weapon slot).
      • Iron Will Luftversorgung ability: Increased the chance to get paradroop weapons.
      • Visual fix: removed MG from Sdkfz 250/8 and 223 credits to Ragnar
      • Increased the range and vision of Pak 40 emplaced. From 70 –> 85 meters
      • Munition call in now comes in trucks.
      • Increased the penetration of Tiger APCR rounds vs Churchill +15%
      • Added new LMG42 decorator by Ordo
      • Luftwaffe raketenwerfer: moved 2 tier down.
      • Removed Stug III G late version for Luftwaffe
      • Removed 45mm AT gun from Luftwaffe
      • Removed manpower cost of Rubble Barricade for IW doc
      • Lower cost of emplaced pak40 from 480 to 400
      • Added Pantherturm to Iron Will Doctrine.  Requires Wikinger OKW skin pack to be updated to version 1.7

      General

      • Added pre build bases system to do the mod more dinamic focus more on combat than building main base. Thanks to ragnar for SCAR support.
      • Recalibrate all HE rounds in game. Now they have the proper values in the Wikinger way.
      • Munition Dispatch cost: Now the ratio is 1 per 1, then player in all factions will pay 200 of fuel per 200 of ammo.
      • Fixed txt on tank commander upgrade for all factions (had incorrect data)
      • Fixed retreat for all HMGs in game. Now the run in the proper speed.
      • Adjusted the binocular spotter range for vehicles and spotters in special structures.

      a. Sniper scopes magnification x6 180 meters

      b. Infantry spotters (on foot) Binoculars magnification x6 180 meters

      c. Special structures and vehicle spotters Binocular magnification x6 225 meters (25% more than other spotters). Before those abilities have a range of 300 meters. This will help to balance the equation regarding spotters.

      • All artillery off map needs now the same requirements than in map artillery

      a. Non rocket artillery 88 to 105 mm needs tier 3

      b. Non rocket artillery 150 and upper needs tier 4

      c. Rocket artillery up to 210 mm needs tier 4

      d. Rocket artillery less than 200 mm needs tier 3

      e. Massive Rocket artillery barrages in & off map needs tier 4 (example Calliope, Katyusha, nebelwerffer 150 off map and so on) Win condition Pack

      • Increased the prices of the airdropable weapons. They still cost munition only but 40% more expesive than buildable ones because they can be deployed in the front line. This change affect Luftwaffe and Airborne doctrines weapons. New prices will stop abuse on PvP games.
      • Created a new ability for vehicles “Crew Emergency repairs” This will replace the decrew ability for the vehicles in the follow list. Artillery vehicles will not have this benefit.

      Hi Olhausen, I found my B4 arty wont fire after i gave it order, could you please check it?

      BTW, my Pershine finally fired its .50 in 3.1.8, i still have no idea whats going wrong..

      Well, hopefully the B4 barrage ability will be fixed soon. I had a problem with it myself a couple of days ago. It will move and rotate, but it won’t fire. Thanks for addressing this guys!

      Seems OKW`s AI still have problem when it try to deploy the second SWS truck.

      Also, seems there is a pattern that AI deploy its SWS truck, next to each other, sometime second truck just have no enough space for deploy and struggling between First and Third truck.

      @ Qinzuoqiu Yes indeed. The good part is, Starbuck and Mongalong create AI dispatches to compensate this problem, then even with not light vehicle truck, the AI is going to call in light vehicles. We will try to fix it in a near future.
