For now SS artillery regiment is only arty doctrine for Axis, it’s pretty old doc and I think it needs some love.

      Strong points:

It have quite easy access to their strikes, since you need just a spotting vehicle -s and Pz4. They are expensive but you can easily suprise  enemy with them (dealing massive damage)

SchwarzeKatzen- for me the best, the most versatile infiltration squads (traps, explosive equipment etc)

Sherman call in, firefly is definitely better one of two (as tank destroyer), it helps defending and works great in ambushes

      Weak elements:

I feel like 2000MP dispatch is too little, for to late (or to much). Really aesthetic dispatch but not so great at late game…I suggest just replace it with some Panther (Ausf. D or A) Ace for 1250MP. Units from previous dispatch can be made separately, for example:

-SS Grens can be built in HQ (you must upgrade them with mg42 and shrek) – they should be locked behind 2 victory points

-you can build one captured Grayhund (without spending any points)

Also It would be perfect if more infantry units have access to actual scorched earth equipment like incendiary grenades and traps.

Butterfly bombs are not that great for that price

I have noticed that mortar bunker is no longer available, I hope it will come back with auto-fire (like from static doc but with forward HQ options)

Some good ideas there, thanks for the post.

I would say most of the OKW and US doctrines will get tweaked in the future as these were the very first ones we did a few years ago now.

This will probably have to wait until we finish Wehrmacht and Soviets though.

you need too make more use of the strikes. let me give a comparison – for UK lowland, its 1000 manpower total and unholy ammounts of spare muni and fuel too even produce the sherman observation and sexton combination too even start firing 25pdr barrrages. for panzer artillerie, just a 200 manpower beobachter car and you get acess too grilles, nebelwerfers, etc, everything youd need. for a little  bit more you get the beobachter panzer 4, which not only functions as artillery and recon but also a proper main battle tank.  i think giving the doc a panther would be WAY much- pak 40s work excelently against a large ammount of allied armor, the beutefirefly is also great, and jagdpanzer L 70s can pen most things the pak 40 cant, AND can camo. panzerjagers also always work excellently.

panzer artillerie feels extremely fun too play, i dont see anything inherently wrong with it, and instead id argue it could use some nerfs. the artillery is absurdly powerful AND cheap- i dont think any other faction compares too it in raw versatility and usability.

As I said, arty is really strong (I would say op) in case of accessibility, but I guess you missing the point.

Lowland is kind of universal doctrine, good offense, good defense and good arty…not arty doc. I would see little cost reduction for sextons (100mp and 15fuel less) but still brits have 2 comets (whose can fight 1v1 with panthers), mighty Churchills, land matters which for 230muni are removing units in selected area (I feel they do this better than any other rocket arty), comando dispatch, 17pdr and of course a lot of ways to boost infry…

I think one late-game panther won’t be something bad (maybe with radio to call arty), 2 good squads locked behind victory points neither

I guess rework should include little less “call in strikes” and some other arty – maybe double 105mm like Canadian 25pdr, or just captured 25pdr since Germans capture something around 700 of them in France.
