Pop Cap 100 with Wikinger Vic Condition

Hi, I’m very new with this mod even I’ve already try it with VP mode. Idk if this have been suggested or asked before I cant find it, but is there any option to reduce pop cap from 300 to 125 or even 100? the 300 popcap really laggy on my rig, and even my armies didn’t reach 100 pop cap to fight against AI. So yeah I hope there is an option to only 100 pop cap only since if I didn’t use Wikinger Victory Condition I cant spawn my beautiful Jagdtiger as Panzerjager Wehr :D.
