Hi Wikingers, this hotfix is focused on resolving some balance problems reported by the community and also a few bugs.
General:
- Camouflage detection system tweaks:
- Officers can detect camo units now. Detection 35 meters on movement and 55 meters on static position
- Lvl 5 infantry now has increased detection radius vs camo units. Each vet add +5 meters starting with 10. At max level the unit can increase his detection range by 20 if it is static
- Dedicated recon vehicles tweaks. New values 50/70 (static/movement)
- Added reload time to all withdraw abilities in game. The time is now standard at 42 seconds. This way we will avoid problems with cheaters.
Soviet army
- Fixed bad text when IS-1 is decrewed
- Fixed Maskirovka ability. Has a bad cost based on CP
- Partisan doctrine adjustments & fixations:
- Partisan Rifle Squad cost increased from 180 to 210 mp
- Partisan Rifle Squad changed grenade ability. Before RGD 33 now RG 42
- Advanced Evasive Action now requires: OMSBON unlock + OMSBON paradrop at least one in the field
- Fixed Red Army Partisan assault team animation. There was one model with a bad animation. This is now is fixed
British Commonwealth
- Fixed M3A1 Scout car Polish infantry recrew. Now the vehicle will not gain an extra squad after decrew & recrew.
SS German elite forces
- Iron Will Tiger S mines ability fixed.
Wehrmacht
- Fixed missing Wehrmacht HQ repair station.
AEF
- Fixed an exploit with “replacement depot” in American Infantry Doctrine. Now this doctrinal ability has a shared timer with captain withdraw infantry.
