Soviet forces:

13 Rifles division:

• Fix the description txt of Valentine and Churchill. Replace 75 mm main gun for 6 pdr gun (just the txt other elements are fine)
• Katyusha: removed saturation from the vehicle. The ability is not historically accurate and not fit correctly in there.

General:

• Replace the disembark icon for germans for a new one (credits to Starbuck)
• High caliber mortar tweaks:

1. Reduced area effect of all high caliber mortars from 13.71 to 10

2. Saturation barrages and victor target barrages HE has now less area effect damage

3. Before: 0.4/0.7/1 Now: 0.25/0.45/1 The idea is to avoid insta-rape of units when the player use the special abilities of the mortars. Accurate barrage is still powerfull but the low reload time give the chance to dodge the attacks.
