captured flamers

  When u pick up a flamer left by an enemy squad u will do almost no damage to your own troops(vannila like amounts). So basically captured flamers are perfectly safe to use, becouse they do harm only to hostile squads.

  Yes, I did not change the damage vs friendly units and provably vanilla.

  It is fixed and ready for the next patch 3.1.8 (b)
