    1. Focke-Achgelis Fa 223

As a vehicle to bring in supply drops, or even troops (due to limited mod. tools only Fallschirmjäger atm, since that’s the only unit that is able jump out of a flying object).

In my opinion it would add variety to the mod and the methods of bringing in supply.

    2. Funkwagen Opel Blitz
It would use/give access to the ability called “radio intercept”. Could get a nice little “set up” animation and a cunstom skin to make it unique.
Ragnar asked me about the right german translation of “radio car” a few months ago, so this could be a unit you already thought of.
    3. He 111
I want this huge bombing run of He 111, which was cut off from the original game. Maybe called in by the “Funkwagen”?
    4. Granatbüchse 39; My post on the forum
This weapon has a lot of potential in my opinion.
You could intgrate it as a better AT rifle BUT I would use it as a “rifle grenade upgrade”.
Once it’s equipped the use of rifle grenades is free. Of course with a cooldown. Maybe there is a way to let the rifle grenade only be shot by the guy with the Granatbüchse 39.
            OR
The equipped Granatbüchse fires a rifle grenade over and over. Maybe the worse version, since you could give the player the choice to fire a normal rifle grenade or a AT grenade if you go for the first version.
    5. Just a few things at the end:
Jäger infantry, don’t get affected by difficult terrain
–Vampir unit from coh 1 @mongalong I really like this idea!
dank ass Panzerfüssiliere with acces to the Granatbüchse 39 ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
    Thank you for your attention.

Actually the idea to go for a vanilla faction is not that stupid at all and a better way than the Brits in my opinion, if we count the new players in that came from the “free version” and probably don’t own the DLC’s.

My heart says Wehrmacht, but I think a allied rework would be better. (aka red army)

xD (and I thought I found something new 😯 )

Well… I really feel like this weapon could add variety and depth to Wikinger.

    @devs add it!!!111 😉

You could use the Panzerbüchsen model, since the Granatbüchse was a modified version of it, as long as there is no option for adding custom models. But yeah, we’ll see what the devs say about it.

I think the answer to this question depends on the Stuka version which is wanted by the dev team and the fitting historical facts. On that score we could also talk about a 1800kg bomb ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ btw… that would be really awesome

I’m actually unsure if you talk about them in a “close combat” situation. If so, they are Jäger which means that they are light infantry. You can’t compare them with assault grenadiers in that specific case, because they are heavy infantry. Sure… light infantry was and is trained to fight against infantry but (if I’m right) on “distance”. They are trained to fight at difficult terrain or behind enemy lines, so they need to have a certain distance between them and their foes. And as I think this “order” is represented in a good way Wikinger an dhow you should use them. Not at the frontline but in the second line, as a damage dealer supported and guarded by other troops. Certainly you can use them as some sort of infiltration unit but in this case you have to be really careful and need to preserve the distance.

The point with the costs… I don’t know… for me it feels fine, maybe it’s a thing that will chage with the development of Wikinger. For a Pz IV you have also the fuel to pay which is harder to get than manpower and to say “600 add 600 to that and u got a king tiger” is a bit unlikely…. I mean 600 manpower is a lot.

In brief: It would be a bit strange if they would win against shock troops or guards (pretty sure those are heavy infantry)  in a “close combat” situation. And I’m also pretty sure that those units have no chance to stay against a Jäger Squad on a ranged fight, if so that would be defenetly something to work on.

I hope that clarified what I meant in my first post. 😀

In the majority of the games I’ve played I used the Wunderwaffen doctrine and in my opinion the price of the SS Jägers is justified. They do a hell of a lot damage at range due to their infrared optics. They gain experience really fast if you use them correctly and give them something to fight against and after they reached the maximum theres pretty much nothing which could compete with them on a infantry level. As if this wasn’t enough this squad can use the Panzerfaust 150 after it’s unlocked which is a good reason to think twice as a allied player to engage with a unsupported tank.

If you use them right this guys will fight like hell and can be a pain in the ass for your opponent.

I think that the price is ok as it is.
