British Commonwealth:

This is the first of four British doctrines, it has also laid the groundwork for the shape of the remaining ones to be done. This moves the Brits into a much more historically accurate faction than they were before. The Royal Canadian Artillery doctrine is the only one to be reworked, the next three will be built from the ground up.
Factionwide Changes
- All Rifle section will came on Bren Carriers. Price increased.
- Moved Sexton from RCA to RSE
- Removed Churchill 95mm from game.
- Fixed an old bug related with the 17 pdr gun. Now the weapon not bugged anymore during rotation and set up.
British Skin Pack Added – This adds a number of new British vehicles, this is mandatory for Wikinger – however you don’t need to equip them just subscribe here.
American forces:
- Fixed Scott barrage saturation:
- Now can be casted in the fog of war.
- Increased the UI reticle circle.
- Removed the B-26 Bombing run and replaced with P-47 Air Supremacy Call in
- planes are able to be shot down/countered unlike the previous call in
- Added artillery spotter vehicle
Wehrmacht:
- Added Hetzer AT version for Tank hunter doctrine. Thanks a lot to Ragnar for the working model and Starbuck for the Skin.
- Fixed the crew member of the concrete bunker
- Added artillery spotter vehicle
Soviets:
- Reduced the price of Motorized Fusiliers to 315 MP only.
- Added artillery spotter vehicle
SS Elite Forces:
- Fix the King tiger vs defense building target table. Reduced damage multiplier from 100 to 0.997 was a bad type value
- Added new King Tiger upgrades
- Pak 40 iron will rubble emplacement:
- Added rotation
- Removed extra bonus (sight & range)
- Animation: removed some rubble from the sides and added some ammo boxes to allow rotation.
- Fixed crew animations.
- Added MG42 to SdKfz. 250
- sWS trucks dispatch from 180s to 150s
- Fixed the Iron Will ML-20 150mm bug
- Added artillery spotter vehicle
- Removed Arado jet bomber and replaced it with the FW 190 F8 Panzerschreck strafe

General:
Soft Skin Vehicle Rework
- Reworked the Soft vehicles mechanic: in the new system, weapons like rifles will not kill vehicles quickly, instead of that they will have more realistic options like kill the driver and gunner. Thanks a lot to Ragnar for the modding.
- Greatly decrease the damage generated by small arms vs soft skin vehicles
- Added critical effects to all small weapons vs them like driver killed, punctured tires.
Artillery System Rework
- We also reworked the artillery system in Wikinger. The idea is to not allow the artillery to do point and click destruction and use a more historical and realistic method. The idea is to use spotters to cast the artillery. (see below)
Artillery Targeting Sequence
- Artillery gun built
- Artillery spotter in position
- Artillery spotter binoculars
- Artillery spotter orders the artillery to fire
- Artillery gun fires on target
The guns will not have the ability to fire artillery directly. The spotters will have it. Artillery will be cast in the line of sight and range of the spotters.
All factions now have a dedicated artillery spotter vehicle.
All build-able artillery now is not able to be built in HQ territories.
- Fixed repair times for all emplacements and build-able defensive structures in mod. I replaced 50% of the health max modifier point for 50% less damage received in the construction action of epbs. In this way the repair time of the pios will be 50% faster and the target value will be not affected.

- Elements modded:
- Adjusted Criticals for vehicle’s big guns: a. Jagtiger and IS-2 now have the same values. Replaced Shock critical for Stun critical 25 seconds and increased the chance for both of them. b. ISU-152 and KV2 dont have anymore criticals on penetration because no vehicle in game can resist the ammount of damage. Also the criticals on deflection has a higher chance and both of them generate always 3% deflection damage.
- Modify the vet bonus for all troops in game
- All vet ups now get 5% less accuracy received instead of 10% per vet level
- Hitpoints bonus reduced from 15 % to 10 % per vet level
- Hitpoints bonus at vet 5 reduced from 20% to 10 % for super elite units
- New game-mode Domination added
- Added Self destruct ability for most of the buildable buildings
- Supply trucks can no longer reinforce
AI Section:
- Reduced the frecuency that AI use the Ju-87 dive bombing. Thanks a lot to Starbuck.
