T34 – Beutepanzer – Iron Will doctrine

the beute-t34 of freiwill sometimes doesn’t get the hull down ability. i think it might be related too blizzards? or if you unlock the hull-down unlock on the ability tree after you get the T-34 , but sometimes it lacks it
