Hi comunity:
We will be starting the next doctrine rework after finish the SE. I think it will happen in a few weeks maybe more. But for now I open this threat to share your ideas with us and lets you participate in the construction of the new doctrine.
Try to explain what you recommend and try to keep it simple to understand for us.

An assault tank call in ability would actually make sense, because shock armies made more use of assault tanks, but perhaps the KV-2 already fills this niche.
Also any abilities relating to conscript spam could make sense, as shock armies were the place where soviet deep tactics with human waves were more common, or at least, a rush ability like “for mother Russia” should be kept.

Sorry to doublepost. Heavy air support should be kept and perhaps expanded upon as much as possible, like Sean suggested.
In regards to what I said earlier, a SU-76 call-in or some-such would make sense, since Shock Armies made frequent use of self-propelled guns for the purposes of dislodging enemy positions. Actually, perhaps the ISU-152 would make more sense as a Shock Army Unit, although this may go against balance or fit in better elsewhere or it might leave the KV-2 without a place to go.

Thanks for the ideas, yes the KV-2 is a problem. Especially when the mod is set in 44-45…
