soviet mg and truck

  I’m not sure if this is intentional or not, however it is impossible to load a team weapons on soviet truck. I see no reason to make soviets the only one faction that cannot transport their team weapons on trucks.

  EDITED: Fixed for the next patch. Now Zis 3 support now mortars and HMGs.
