ParticipantObserver Bren Carrier and Sexton GPO should both be available even if you unlock both of them in the tech tree. When I unlock Sexton GPO, there still situations ( and resources) that a Observer bren carrier would be more convenient, because both vehicles have Pros&Cons between each other. UC is agile and can camouflage at cost of lower range, when Sexton GPO dont have camo, has low mobility but with long range can stay away from the frontline. But the thing that bother me is in the case for the Sexton GPO, can be spotted by a random attack run from a plane, resulting into an immediate response, like a shiton of FallFOKENjäger, spearhead attack or manual counter artillery. With the UC being closer to the frontline, it going to be same if there is a halftrack with IR optics, but there would be more friendlies and defence structures that would protect it (& draw attention) from the enemy, when UC can quickly change the position.
It ok to leave the Sexton as it is right now, with his range it would be overkill to give him camo (and boring), I can even recommend to make it a bit more expensive so it make more sense to still building UCs. With the skill that UC and Sexton GPO have to withdraw from the battlefield without using an officer, let us choose the spotter depending of the enemy tactics, only one spotter (UC or Sexton) so it less chessy.
