After a certain action / trigger, one becomes unable to click the command points to access the upgrade panel happened twice and unsure what is causing it.
Player instructed to verify game files and also to refresh the modding hub in coh2 as this is the first instance of this bug report in 3 years and no code change. Will leave open to see if this re-occurs.
