PaK 43 fortification can't be repaired

  When you try to repair the PaK 43 fortification the pioniers will just run into the sandbags around it and back repeatedly, doing a little dance, rather than repairing it.
  
  Pic: After ally dropped out the AI kept making more and more pioniers to repair the AT gun, totalling at 6 before I demo-charged it.
