Basically, if the tank that had to go hulldown needed infantry nearby, and too not be in combat, i think this would help make it harder too use hulldown offensively. I mean, how are u gonna dig in a tank with people shooting at you? and infantry nearby as a requirement, as they would help dig in the tank in the first place. this would help make one of the strongest tank abilities in the game, a bit less strong. right now u can just walk up too an AT gun or bunker or anything and hull down right in front of em. which is sorta problematic and perhaps even unrealistic. so this would make it a bit more harder too pull off offensively, youd need smoke cover atleast. but it wouldnt be such a hard too achieve requirement defensively, which is what hulldown is sorta about, no?
also, this could prob replace the vet 3 requirement for hulldown on the elefant aswell imo.
