leFH howitzer counter barrage ability

  leFH has a counter barrage ability at veterancy one, but the howitzer can’t get veterancy levels.

  Yes, sadly you entered a zone with no developement and some of those values are vanilla. Just avoid it for now. I will mod correctly when we rework Wehrmacht factions.

  Move to resolved, I removed those vanilla abilities from entity because I dont think we have this feature in the mod in a future.
