Ok guys lets continue polishing the current version a bit more. Here are the changes
British Commonwealth
- Added Jedburgh Buildable Camp. Created for maps or instances where garrisoning a building for Partisan HQ is not feasible. Same abilities and call-ins as Partisan HQ, but has much lower health and cannot be garrisoned. Players cannot have the “camp” and “HQ” at the same time. https://imgur.com/C0oZAfQ.
- Jedburgh Camp (only) reduced to Tier 1 and cost is 150 MP.
- Removed FFI captured vehicles unlock requirement for FFI Sdkfz 251, and FFI Panzer IV.
- Removed shared timer for FFI weapon supply drop and Dummy paradrop.
- Cover Bonus icon (sword inside green shield) has been removed from all British troops. The actual cover ability has been absent for a very long time, but the icon was still present in some of the infantry units.
- Change the crew animation of the GAD ARV to remove the floating crew member after recrew.
- Added AEA ability to Marquis Squads (FFI)
- Buildable Firefly cost reduced from 805 MP/130 fuel to 625 MP/110 fuel
- Added tank commander upgrade for M-10
- Adjusted Welsh troops so they keep the M1 garand and M1 carbine after upgrading to Bren and or Piat
- Increased damage of Royal Engineers Lee Enfield.
OKW/SS
- New Unit to IW Doctrine: SS-Freiwilligen Legion – “Flandern”. Squad accompanies the KV-1 call-in. https://imgur.com/SdF78BK
- Fixed Pz IV Ausf F1 wreck portraits.
- Fixed Panzerbeobachtungswagen II wrecks. Now recover proper vehicle.
- Fixed Panzerschreck falls drop item: portraits/names/descriptions
- Fixed Tank Hunter SWS wreck entity. Was pointing to vanilla one before
- Added interrupt to Walking stuka napalm barrage
- Added AEA to SS Jagdverbande saboteur squad.
- sWs portrait added
Soviet forces
- Fixed bad string for IS-2 abandon. Now has proper txt.
- Soviet base buildings:
- 1. Build cost is now “zero” like other factions
- 2. Build times now is raised to all at 90 seconds
- Fixed DP28 drop item: portraits/names/descriptions.
- Added tank commander upgrade for M-10
- Added retreat icon over OMSBON officer and portrait UI to better indicate he is a retreat point when radio is activated.
- Partisan Assault squad changes:
- Loadout: x2 SVT40, x1 Mosin, x2 MP40
- Squad can purchase x3 ppsh for 90 mun at tier 2
- Removed AT grenade upgrade/ability
- Added Panzerfaust 60 upgrade/ability
- Partisan Specialist squad changes:
- Removed Panzerfaust 60 upgrade/ability
- Added AT grenade upgrade/ability
- Added female models and voices to Partisan rifle squad.
- Fixed cost of RPG-43 to be equal among all troops
Wehrmacht
- Added buildable Guard Tower. This is to deny camo’d units their ability to be invisible. https://imgur.com/Eu0GShf
- Deckungtruppe and Panzerjager Grupp portrait and build icon altered from pea dot camo to splittermuster camo.
- Fixed Pz IV Ausf F1 wreck portraits.
- Wehrmacht base buildings:
- 1. Build cost is now “zero” like other factions
- 2. Build times now is raised to all at 90 seconds
- Limit StuH 42 to one at a time
- Added “pack up” ability to Tank Hunter sWs Repair halftrack.
- Hmg 34 portrait and build icon changed by request
- Fixed txt description for Festungs Pios vet txt.
AEF:
- Fixed M2 Flamethrower drop item: portraits/names/descriptions
- Fixed M15A1 crew animation elements. It had a lot of bad values.
- Added tank commander upgrade for M-10
- Added tank commander upgrade for M-36
- sWs Pack43 dispatch truck portrait added
- 82nd Airborne required cap fixed. Now cannot be called in again until all existing 82nd airborne troops are gone.
- Fixed missing 50 cal mg sounds from P47 strafe (credit to testpl)
General
- Advanced Evasive Action (AEA) ability: Reduced speed from 85% to 70% while active
- All light vehicles camo detection tweaked:
- Reduced camo detection to base distance of 10m when moving
- When stationary for at least 5 sec, camo detection gets a +50m detection bonus(was +60). UI will show a ring around the vehicle indicating the detection range.(similar to a sniper weapon range UI ring on the map)
- Removed vehicle crew from all tier 0 vehicles, namely the Opel and Zis trucks to prevent players from exploiting them.
- Tiger Colmar wreck can now be recovered by Wehrmacht
- All infantry get +5m range in camo detection if they reach vet 3. Another +5m is given if they reach vet 4. (Base level for all troops is 10m)
AI Coding
- Added reload to Sexton and Priest. Now they will fire a volley of 3-5 rounds and then cooldown/reload for 4 min. Also, reduced their range by 25m.
- Added buildable AP and AT mines for all factions.
- Added buildable Pak43 AT gun for AEF
- Added AEA to appropriate AI troops

Hm, not according to Steam – the latest version is still v3.3.7(c) not (d) and none of the mentioned changes are incorporated in the mod (e.g. guard towers, free base buildings, SS Flandern on the KV-1…) – or is there something I’m missing?

Yes correct, this is a preview that is in beta testing it is not released on steam yet. I have updated the title to avoid confusion.
