British Commonwealth:
- Fixed RCA french troops smg upgrades. Now the squad not lose the gear after reinforce.
- Added self destruct button to Mortar emplacement.
- Decreased the fire aim time and the post aim time of all Piats squad to have similar balues to bazookas and shrecks.
- Tweak the population values of emplacement:
a. 17 pdr gun before 16 now 8
b. 25 pdr battery before 40 now 20
c. Bofores before 10 now 6
d. Mortar emplacement before 10 now 8
American Forces:
- Armor Doctrine M20 command vehicle:
a. Phosphorus barrage reload time increased from 60 to 100 seconds
b. Phosphorus barrage cost increased from 30 to 65 ammo. Also mod the Phoshporus barrage with Wikinger values. The previous version had vanilla values.
c. P-38 air recon fixed. This ability not longer block the caster during the action.
d. P-38 air recon range increased from 85 to 225 (idem flares range from RCA doc)
e. Added a binoculars toggle ability.
f. Added sube menu for special abilities and animations secuences for all of them
g. Mark target ability increase range from 50 to 150 meters. This allow the vehilce to perform the ability from a safe distance.
- Armor Doctrine: Reduced the Man Power unkeep for all sherman chassis vehicles when the player activate in the tech tree cost reduction ability. The reduction is 35% of the unkeep cost. It reduce the unkeep from 12 to 8 points.
- Increased accuracy of Sherman 105 vs infantry.
- Tweak the population values of emplacements:
a. 57 AT emplacement before 16 now 5
b. 107 mm mortar emplacement before 20 now 10
c. American Bofores emplacement before 10 now 6
Wehrmacht:
- Recorwed Ju-87 diving bombing. Now the plane will perform a diving manouver and cames from the side of the map. This way the plane now has a chance to be counter by the player (thanks a lot to Starbuck)
- Added new scope symbols for Tank Hunter optics upgrades (credits by Starbuck)
- Leig 18 tweaks: the tweak focus on correct some mistakes made by myself during the modding.
a. Increased auto fire reload time from 5.6 to 10 seconds
b. Decreased aimed fire reload time from 10 to 9 seconds
b. Reduced damage from 100 to 85
c. Reduced range from 155 to 120
- Reduced the chance of penetration of Pak 40 vs ISU 122/152 vehicles.
a. Near: before 100% after 100%
b. Mid: before 45% after 40%
c. Far: before 19% after16%
- Tweak the population values of emplacements and bunkers:
a. Pak 75 emplacemente before 14 now 7
b. Pak 43 empalcemente before 18 now 9
c. Concrete bunker MG & Artillery observers before 12 now 10
d. Pantherturm before 16 mow 12
e. Lefh 18 105mm before 14 now 10
- Stug III E late & early version. To have a difference between those vehicles I did a few tweaks:
a. Early version dont have HEAT rounds but late has
b. Early version dont have AP rounds, but late has
c. Early version cost less but late cost more.
Soviet forces:
- Added new symbols for ISU-152&122 (credits by Starbuck)
- Fixed the poplation values of emplacements and some weapons.
a. B-4 before 14 now 10
b. ML-20 before 14 now 10
c. Zis 3 emplacement before 14 now 5
h. 1939 37 mm emplacement before 10 now 6
SS elite forces:
- Moved flak 38 emplacement one tier up. Now is in the same tier than British Bofores.
- Leig 18 tweaks: the tweak focus on correct some mistakes made by myself during the modding.

b. Reduced damage vs Artillery, Light artillery and mortars.
c. Reduced damage vs all ballistic in game (cannons, AT guns and tank weapons)
d. Reduced damage vs flame weapons.
- Reduced the chance of penetration of Pak 40 vs ISU 122/152 vehicles.

b. Mid: before 45% after 40%
c. Far: before 19% after16%
- Fixed the population values of emplacement and bunkers:
a. Captured ML20 before 20 now 10
b. Flak 38 in the base before 2 now 0
c. Flak 38 buildable before 3 now 6
d. Pantherturm before 16 now 12
- Added animated secuences for artillery observers in the SS factions
- Added delayed times between artillery observers abilities to avoid multiples use of artillery in one time.
General:
- Rework the reload times of all vehicles call in. Now will be a relationship between the build time and a multiplier. An example with a call in unit:
Tiger Ace call in
a. Tiger buil time 127 secs
b. Call in multiplier x4
c. Call in time now 127 x 4 = 508 seconds (before 420)
- Increased the build time of all trenches about 60% more
- Update translation files (credits to Mongalong)
- Update some tech tree unlock cards (credits to Mongalong)
- Increased the aim time and the post aim time of all infantry Anti tank squads.
- Fixed all Artillery observers in game. There was a bug related to them when they die casting artillery barrages. Thanks a lot to Death Kitty for the report.
Win Condition Pack
- Increased the PopCap bonus in domination mode (credits by Ragnar)
