      Are you serious? If 3.16b or c ‘s balance is a joke,now 3.16d’s balance i can’t find a word to say, the emeny use 4 times aircraft in 4 mins ,2 airlands ,1 rocket plane,1 recon。。。。It seems that you don’t let them “Reduced priority to 35% for the other planes” it looks like “Increase the priority of other plane to 35%”。Now we don’t get time to bulid air defense line。

      And a small bug,Mortar Team can’t fire smoke round in the trenches,but they spend Ammo Resources,i found it from Russian armor doctrine,Other have not been tested yet。<

      Can we have some more information like what settings you were playing on. How many AI opponents etc?

      Yes, British, one expert AI  ,i have resolvent if it’s possible,you can let the Air strikes require both ammo and fuel ,just like Arado 234 ,or let all air strikes use the same Cooling time,so they just can choose only one kind air strike in one cooling time 。

        That would totally ruin PvP balance to do that.

        No-one else seems to be complaining of the planes… everyone else seems to have them reduced.  We will continue to develop the AI – it is always a work in progress.

        @mongalong247 Why airplane are harder to kill? In 3.16c 4 AAA units can make sure the plane can’t launch an attack,now they not only launch an attack , but also run away from my air defense unit’s fire power。。。。。Same map , same place,same units, different results。In 3.16c they can’t even fly to the target。。。。I don’t know why Allied forces are far more powerful than history,no matter the airplane or tank’s fire speed,it’s a man-made imbalance。Fine can you tell me where i can download the 3.16C?

      Fine, that would not bother me,if AA units can get empirical addition,when AI only use the units which the doctrine they chose ,that would be perfect。

      But ,what about the bugs? 1.ISU152 should fire 5 round for bombardment,now only fire 4 rounds。2.Mortar Team can’t fire smoke round in the trenches,but they spend Ammo Resources。

      • About ISU 152 mm barrage ability: the barrage has 4 shots like Ml20 152mm field gun. The problem is the txt. I made a mistake in the description but now is fixed. “Left-click the ability, left-click the ground or enemy unit. Fires 4 rounds.”Also correct another spelling error in the B4 203mm barrage ability txt description.
      • About smoke rounds for mortars in trenches: could you provide more info like, wich onit, faction etc. If happens in all mortars or only in one in particular etc.

        @predator so here’s the thing.  Planes don’t have hitpoints or damage values, they’re all invulnerable to damage in game.  When they are shot down they are being affected by criticals.

        The only thing we adjusted in the patch was taking some planes out of the AI roster, and leveling out all the planes to be at priority weighting of 35 rather than 50 (US only) and most of the other ones were at 10 or so.

        We can continue to level them out but whatever we do it will be an ongoing process.

      I did some testing the other night, 1v1 – the enemy planes are easily shot down by one OstWind.  Every plane that came over was hit by my AA, the only time it managed to hit my troops was when they had advanced out of its range and were no longer under its protection.

      If you can provide us a replay of the issues you’re having with the planes we would be more than happy to take a look at it and see if we can offer suggestions or address the issues mentioned.  However from our own testing we are not seeing what you are describing.

      You didn’t get my point,yes,they can shoot the plane,but only the plane which enter the attack line,and ,this attack line must be inside AA unit’s cover zone,one AA unit cost 12 pops,small map will be fine, only 2-3 AA units would be ok,but what about big map? AAunits are useless to against tanks ,so enemy spend some ammo to let you only build less tanks ,how balance it is。I want to say it again,the fire speed。。。 Sherman and Comet’s fire speed 。。。If you make sure it’s ok,i never say it again,because i know what happing

        Noted.  We will look at the AA further, I am going to add a visual indicator on the unit so it’s range is visible to the player to know what is covered and what is not covered.

        Regarding fire speed – I assume you mean Rate of Fire – all units in game have got their historically accurate rates of fire as per our research.  @meatshieldNZ spent almost a year looking at many sources to ensure that the values in game are accurate as to the data available.

        The only time there is a variation is when the in game engine or animations do not support a rate of fire that fast/slow.
