Hallo Wikingers,
I tried GD-Pz.Gren “Alte Hasen” to kill enemy’s heavy/expensive tanks serveral times and I works when you use the elite unit to ambush them.
But the poisoned grenade harm my own unit too when i must approach near the tank in order to throw it. Their combat ability is bad too, equal to a regular pz.gren with full upgrade, cause if they losed in number they lost a lot of power.
In gerneral, I think “Alte Hasen” mounting on a panzer 4 is not worth 800 MP right now.
Some suggestions to solve the problems:
1. The range of throwing anti-tank mine should increase2. Their weapon should be: x1 LMG42, x3 STG44, x1 PPSH and x1 panzerchreck (the chreck should be pull out when vehicle approach, if there is no vehicle nearby, that member will use a MP40 or a pistol) – I think to replace a ppsh with a STG44 will help a lots for the combat power.
3. Give them panzerfasut 100 or regular smoke grenade. (for if you want to use them as a frontial combat troops)
After a lot of games, I think GD-PzGren right now is not worthy the price (5 CPs and 800MP), and the GD-Pioneer branch is a lots better.
—-Your sincerely.

Ok, I think we could implement some changes. I am agree with some of your points.
a. Decrease the cost by 50MP. Now GD Grens dispatch cost 750mp
b. Removed a PPSH41 and add a STG44
c. Reduced the area damage & suppression friend for Chemical grenade by 70% aprox.

The most annoying thing is that they constantly loose their panzerschreck. I would gladly trade that additional 50mp for Panzerfaust.

I prefer not. But I already decrease the friendly damage of the chemical bomb to be more easy to use the magnetic mine. With the cost reduction and the extra STG44 could work. Let give us first a try and we can re-evaluate the situation.
