This is a comprehensive document based on all the internal beta test changelogs that we have been working on, there are other threads with more detailed pictures and information on the forum and blog. Please seek those out for more detailed information.

General:
Increased base pop cap from 200 to 300
Icons & Portraits
All in game icons and portraits updated to the new ones designed by starbuck
Wikinger is changing. With the support of our artist Starbuck we are removing all the vanilla stuff & bad icons and replace them for top quality ones.
Snipers
(many thanks to Meatshield our historical adviser, the new sniper system is from him, I only translate his ideas into a computer language)
- Reduced prone turn rate speed/reduced prone weapon reaction turn rate speed
- Increase camouflage detection radius during scope ability. The radius will depend on magnification.
- All sniper rifles have correct weapon symbols
- Realistic rate of fire depending on magnification
- Realistic magazines and reload times
- Added suppression to the squad hit by the sniper and the nearby units forcing them to go prone.
- Reworked the accuracy taking in consideration many factors like: type of cover, distance and unit status (prone & stand up)
- Reworked all sniper rifles depending on firearm action like semi-auto & bolt action
- Reworked snipers veterancy bonus.
- 1st level: Sniper reload faster and have better accuracy
- 2nd level: Sniper Run faster and have better accuracy
- 3rd level: Veteran Snipers are harder to kill and have better accuracy.
In this way the incremental accuracy will compensate defensive bonus generated on enemy infantry after vet up.
- Fix all sniper data to properly show all the technical data about main weapons.
- The extra x2 snipers of the SE doctrine are reworked as a call in.
Artillery Rework
- Finish the Rocket artillery rework in main mod. All rockets finally have their correct reload times, cooldown, historically calibrated warhead and ranges. We also added criticals depending on warheads. Weapons reworked: Land Mattress, Calliope, Nebelwerfer rocket, Walking Stuka rocket (HE & napalm) and Katyusha BM-13.
- Started the adjustments of all artillery abilities depending on caliber and damage. Also all in game artillery will have a bonus in this value too.
- Panzerwerfer 42 unit cap increased to 2.
- Soviet artillery:
- Calibrated ranges
- Calibrated damage
- Calibrated Cool-downs
- Calibrated Cost
- Rework Soviet artillery incendiary M1920/30 107mm off map.
- x6 shots
- Moved from command bar to Razvedchiky recon squad (in this way the AI will not spam this ability anymore)
- Now the ability is an unlock.
- Rework damage per second and damage vs vehicles
- Increased to 4 the Katyusha truck for artillery division and added 2 more to the Shock army.
- British artillery:
- Calibrated ranges
- Calibrated damage
- Calibrated Cool-downs
- Calibrated Cost
- RCA Spotters:
- Removed the all 25 coordinated fire order
- Added Land Mattress WP & HE off map barrages
- British Land Mattress off map WP & HE:
- Moved from command bar to Spotters
- Now both abilities are unlocks and the AI will not spam them anymore
Keymapping
- Most units have now had their abilities mapped to a common set of keys across the game.

Tweak all AI to not see units in fog of war (credits by Mongalong)

Doctrines
AEF:
- Reworked the tech tree icons of Airborne & Armored doctrine to fit with the black background (credits to Starbuck)
- Finished all vehicles art rework. Credits to Starbuck.
Infantry doctrine:
- Added one sniper with x2.2 magnification
British:
- Finished all vehicles art rework. Credits to Starbuck.
- Increased the traverse speed of the 40mm Bofors from 25 to 50 degrees/s
- British HMG base bunkers: adjust some values to match same values than tripod. Last relic patch affect those values a bit.
Royal Canadian Artillery:
- Added one sniper with x3.5 magnification & x12 spotting scope
Royal Air Force:
- Added one sniper with x3.5 magnification
Soviets:
- Finished all vehicles art rework. Credits to Starbuck.
- Increased the traverse speed of the 37mm cannon from 20 to 45 degrees/s
- All factions will get one sniper with Mosin Nagant x3.5 magnification and can upgrade with a Mosin Nagant x4 magnification.
Shock army:
- Replaced the single sniper for a sniper team with x2 snipers with Mosing Nagant x3.5 Magnification
Wehrmacht
- Finished all vehicles art rework. Credits to Starbuck.
- HMG 34 will be a common unit and will be now in the early game.
- HMG 42: Increase the ammo price from 40 to 55. Move it to phase 1.
Defensive doctrine:
- Added one sniper. Start with Kar-98 x1.5 magnification scoped and can upgrade to Kar-98 x4 magnification
Waffen:
- Finished all vehicles art rework. Credits to Starbuck.
- HMG 34 will be a common unit and will be now in the early game.
- HMG 42: Increase the ammo price from 40 to 55. Move it to phase 1.
Luftwaffe:
- Added one sniper. Start with Kar-98 x1.5 magnification scoped and can upgrade to Kar-98 x4 magnification
Wunderwaffe:
- Added one sniper ace with G-43 x4 magnification scoped.
Scorched earth:
- Max of 3 snipers – one buildable and two as a call-in. They start with Kar-98’s with x1.5 magnification and can upgrade to G-43 x4 magnification or go for Kar-98’s with x4 or x6 magnification.
- Fixed SS SE “Scharfschutzen Ausbildungskompanie Unlock”. Now the unlock add veterancy level 1 to the new snipers in game.
